Insect repellent

A cap or wide brimmed hat to protect from the sun

If it is very hot, you may wish to bring a long sleeve shirt as extra sun protection. We provide umbrellas which can also be used to protect from the sun as well as the rain

Please wear closed toe shoes or trainers as we walk throughout the sanctuary and it can be muddy especially if we have had heavy rain

Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting sweaty or muddy

We are plastic free. Please bring a reusable water bottle as we have chilled filtered water stations. We also sell Hidden Forest metal water bottles at 250 Baht 

Please be mindful of the local Thai culture and wear clothing that is suitable for the forest not the beach! :)
