PRICES OF OUR TOURS

A Morning or Afternoon at Hidden Forest:

2,900 THB per adult (inc transfer in approved areas) + Payment gateway fee.

1,600 THB per child (4 - 11 years) + Payment gateway fee.

3 years and under - free, however an infant taking a seat will be charged at 350thb

TRANSPORT

Our shared transport is included in the ticket price in the following locations. Rawai, Chalong, NaiHarn, Kata, Karon, Patong and Kamala. All other areas incure a surcharge that is worked out at booking.

We offer private transport options, shared transport and you can book with your own transport options if you prefer to order your own taxi or are traveling on a motorbike.

TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING

Please pay in full to secure your booking. We use Stripe as our secure payment gateway.

RE-BOOKING FEES

We understand plans can change when organizing your holiday. If you wish to change the day of your visit, please contact our office. We will do our very best to re-book on your preferred date. Please note that we require minimum of 24 hours notice to change the day. We do not charge additional re-booking fees. We understand that is one of your group is sick andn you cannot attend and need to reschedule, you need to give our transport and bookings team at least 3 hours otherwise you will be charged the extra transport fees.

MONSOON SEASON 

We do not close during monsoon season. Elephants love the rain and the cooler temperates. It's a fun day out walking around the sanctuary and seeing elephants roll and play in the mud and provide umbrellas.

We only close in emergency situations.

REFUNDS

We will refund the full amount up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the date of your tour as this gives enough time for other visitors to take your place. Please contact us directly to issue the refund.

PICK UP & DROP OFF

Should you wish to be dropped off at a different location than where you were picked up, please note that if it is in a different location to your pickup, a surcharge will apply.

STORAGE OF BAGS

If you are traveling with big bags then we have lots of storage for you to safely leave your bags whilst on tour.

Any details that you provide are for contact or booking purposes only. We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with a third party without your prior permission, unless we are required to do so by law; this includes your email address, phone number, or all other personal details.
